Faction Play Style

The Fallen Kingdom is a faction consisting of powerful combos. They set up explosive turns in which they leverage the self-destructive abilities of many of their cards to lend bursts of power to their units. This is a faction of self-damage, albeit willingly and strategically inflicted, allowing for complex combinations that land more damage on their foes than they inflict upon themselves. This self-damage makes the Fallen Kingdom extremely hard to predict and enemies can struggle to mitigate the destruction.
The Fallen Kingdom requires careful planning and patient setup to be able to execute its combos, but the result is high damage output that even the wisest opponents often cannot see coming.

Faction Background

The Fallen Kingdom is the common name given to a nation whose doom is so buried by the soil of time, that none now can remember its true name, including its withered ruler. The Fallen Kingdom was the first to find and use a summoning stone to dominate others. Whole nations were burned from the planet’s face, their citizens slain and raised up as undead abominations. Dead cities lie as vast necropolises, waiting beneath uncaring stars for Ret-Talus to snap his fingers, and call for the bones lying there to join his ranks.
The only thing that keeps the Fallen Kingdom from laying waste to the entire planet, is the madness that seizes its leader’s mind. The Fallen Kingdom will launch debilitating campaigns that see unparalleled success, only to have them fall apart as Ret-Talus loses track of his initial motivations and designs.
